I've built a foundation of excellence—running dual Tru Hones for surgical precision sharpening and a Thorvie machine for total restoration. Now, that mission scales. We BUILD Houston's PREMIER KNIFE EXCHANGE NETWORK, a sharpening service for the modern culinary scene that is fast, professional, and unstoppable. From one shop to a citywide fleet, from a local name to a regional force. TEXAS BLADE EMPIRE IS EXTENDING TO THE FRONTIER OF PRECISION.
